I will review your site, product, or service based on best-practices and heuristic ‘rules of thumb’ related to customer experience. Are there obvious issues related to interaction design, information architecture, or messaging? Expert reviews will uncover these problems and provide you with specific recommendations for short- and longer-term fixes.
Persona Experience Reviews
Once we create personas, we can review your product, site, or service from the perspective of your personas. Persona expert reviews help you see your work from the perspective of your most important customers and users. They will also help you see your customers’ end-to-end experience with your company and brand: customer experience does not start and stop with your product.

Information architecture is the ‘blueprint’ or skeleton of a product or site. If the skeleton is broken, the customer experience will suffer, because navigation will be confusing and features will be hard to find and use. Information architecture analysis strip away all surface design and branding to expose the skeleton and any structural problems that are negatively impacting customer experience. Information architecture analyses are particularly helpful if your product and site has grown by feature accumulation.
